Day 26 of the Search For Dragons

After more frustrating dead ends, I decided to use technology to help me on my quest. I looked at satellite view on google maps for potential dragon nests and found two!

So I hiked up to the top of the mountain. Sadly the nests were empty. It was clear these were made by a dragon though, as no human could have lifted these heavy blocks, and there was no machinery on the mountain. To add more evidence, there were no grass or weeds growing on the nest. This means the nests must be in active use as dragon flame would burn off anything green.

I stayed on that mountain top for three days to see if a dragon returned, until the weather turned to lightning and I had to abandon my post. Perhaps the dragon has migrated elsewhere for the winter? I may have to return to these in future to check them again.
